Upstream Shuttle Drop-Offs

Our dedicated shuttle vans & equipment trailers can bring you and your group to specific upstream drop-off points to paddle downstream, through the entirety of the Ipswich River Wildlife Reserve, and back to your starting point at our main facility on Topsfield Road. The length and duration of the trips vary. Our knowledgeable staff are happy to help you choose the best fit for you and your group.

Everyone at Footes is so friendly. And the experience of canoeing/kayaking along the Ipswich is just plain fun. You don’t have to rent either, if you have your own they will transport it upriver for you for a nominal fee and you can paddle back.

What a delight! Smooth check in process, friendly staff. $1 cold bottles of water and they have a basket of bug spray and sunscreen you can use. $60 for a few hours on the river was just what the doctor ordered. Plus they had a pride flag on the white board inside which just sort of made me feel even more comfortable
